Privacy Policy

What we collect

Your email address, display name, the reel URLs you save (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube links), thumbnails and metadata scraped from those URLs, your board memberships, comments, reactions, votes, and basic usage data like pages visited and features used.

What we don't collect

We don't read the content of your reels — we only store the URL and thumbnail. We don't sell your data. We don't use third-party ad tracking. We don't access your Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube accounts.

How we use your data

To run the app — showing your boards, delivering notifications, and powering search. To improve the product using aggregate usage patterns (not individual tracking). To communicate with you via OTP codes and transactional emails only. No marketing spam, ever.

Third-party services

Supabase (database, auth, storage — Sydney region), Vercel (hosting — Sydney region), Apple and Google (authentication providers), and Zoho (email delivery). None of these receive your data for advertising purposes.

Data storage

Your data is hosted on Supabase in Sydney, Australia. Data is encrypted at rest. Auth tokens are stored in HTTP-only cookies.

Your rights

You can view your data (your boards, saves, and profile), correct your display name, and delete your account along with all associated data from Profile. If you need help, email hello@voyza.app

Cookies

We use session cookies for authentication (HTTP-only, managed by Supabase). We use temporary cookies for invite and referral tracking (pending_invite, pending_ref — they expire in 1 hour). No tracking cookies. No third-party cookies.

Children

Voyza is not designed for anyone under 13. We don't knowingly collect data from children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy as Voyza evolves. We'll note the date at the bottom. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated policy.
